Tickets for the AMMO 3-Day Detailing Masterclass are non-refundable. One ticket equals one entry to the event. Guests are not permitted. Registration fees cover the class only. Airfare, hotel, other transportation is not included. Please see food policy listed below.
The Masterclass will be held Tuesday, June 18th through Thursday, June 20th 2024. All students are responsible for booking flights and lodging. The class fee does not include airfare. All students traveling by air should book flights to arrive at Denver International Airport which is approximately 40 minutes from the RUPES Bigfoot Facility. Rental car, cab, or rideshare will be required. Students have the sole responsibility to arrive in a timely manner to the scheduled training. Plan travel, lodging, and dining accordingly. Refunds will not be issued for missed class time due to travel delays.
RUPES will supply coffee and snacks in the morning, beverages throughout the class, and lunch each day. If you have any dietary restrictions, RUPES will do its best to accommodate dietary requests but cannot guarantee gluten-free, vegan, or other dietary specific meals. Please email [email protected] at the time of ticket purchase to submit any requests. Dinner is not provided with this training. Dinners are on-your-own, but we encourage students to connect and coordinate dinners to strengthen their professional network and exchange ideas.
If participant cannot attend the training due to emergency circumstances, staff will offer ticket for resale to the event wait list. If the ticket is resold, participant will be issued a refund. Staff cannot guarantee ticket resale or refund due to an emergency cancellation.
The Bigfoot Academy will provide all tools and materials necessary to complete the training. Students are welcome to bring their own tool to the training and are responsible for it throughout the training.
